Yes you can! The majority of our participants will come from Europe, but we still have the possibility to also welcome participants from all over the world.

Included are: Participation in the three online masterclasses and the Lab on-site (5 days full-time), networking activities in the evenings, international mentors, workshop materials and technical equipment, public transport from hotel to lab location, lunch catering and snacks, appearance in our annual Booklet, 6 nights accommodation + breakfast in Lyon.

Not included in the participation fee are your travel expenses, personal needs and dinners.

We know from the past that the full lab experience only comes into its own when we are also accommodated together. It helps you to network even more intensive, makes logistics easier and allows us to do activities together in the evenings. We have booked a place in Lyon where all the participants and mentors will stay. 

Participants who live at the location of the Lab do not have to stay in a hotel, of course. The participant fees for the Lab are a mixed calculation of all the services mentioned above. Therefore, we cannot offer discounted participation without a hotel.

We provide a small number of scholarships. Following the specifications of Creative Europe Media, citizens with the following nationality are eligible to apply: 
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus,  Georgia, Hungary, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Republic of Serbia,Slovakia and Ukraine.

Scholarships are freed from participation fee. Beneficiaries will be selected by jury’s decision. There is no legal claim for a scholarship, even if you are one of the eligible nationalities. 

Scholarships are freed from participation fee: accommodation for 6 nights in Lyon as well as lunch catering, public transport and networking events will be fully covered by EUCL. Nevertheless, travel costs, private expenses and dinners are not covered.

After the selection process we will get in contact directly with you. This will be April 17th, at the latest.
